The choice of whether or not to hire a lawyer, and if so, deciding which lawyer to retain is often difficult. I incurred a significant disability several years ago and was making no gains in obtaining any type of compensation. I wasn't sure whether to work with an attorney when trying to recover expenses incurred as the result of a car accident, but after an initial consultation with Cameron Lucke, one of the attorneys at Hoggatt, I truly felt like they would have my best interests at heart. I am pretty sure I could have handled this on my own, but the process is super daunting and very time intensive. I very much appreciated his candor when discussing overall expectations and steps involved with getting the care I needed and what they would be able to do for me. While my case was overseen by Cameron, the vast majority of my interactions with Hoggatt Law were actually with the paralegal assigned to my case, Shae Pfeifer. Shea always approached me with the understanding and empathy as I was dealing with years of medical care. She was incredibly responsive and diligent. Her commitment to following up with me over the course of three years(yes, three!) was impressive to say the least. I always felt like I was given extremely personal service. When it came to recouping all of my out of pocket costs and finally negotiating a settlement with the at-fault driver's insurance company, she was absolutely pivotal in securing the best possible outcome for me.
