I was referred to Keith Moskowitz by Boulder County Legal Services in November and he helped me file for bankruptcy in December. My bankruptcy hearing was on Wednesday and I learned this morning that the outcome was successful. Keith is a first-rate professional, who is dedicated to his work. He has a gift for making this complex legal process clear and understandable to his clients, and I learned a lot from him. Moreover, he has compassion for his clients and a kind and reassuring manner that helped me get through this ordeal with as little pain as possible. I went to see Keith hoping to file for Bankruptcy. I have too much equity in my home, so I am unable to file. He took the time to outline to me why it was not an option and he waived my consultation fee. If I could have filed I know he would of done a great job.

While looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney, we came across Keith's website. After filling out the quick questionnaire on-line, we received a call from Keith the next day. Ms. Kilmer represented me in a criminal defense trial that had severe ramifications to my family and future. My case needed an expert in both criminal and family law. She made an offer to work with me to help handle both matters. She hung in there with me for a prolonged trial of 18 months and listened to me and gave me good feedback regarding my sentencing as well as the offers and motives of the DA. If you don’t use Keith to handle your bankruptcy, your making a mistake. I called Keith to make an appointment and realize that he was in Boulder, and I was In Morrison, and did not know if I want to make that commute. Keith said he’ll make it worth my while and I would not regret it. Well he did. Was up front about the cost and there was no added fees. FLAT FEE!!! DID I MENTION, NO ADDED FEES!
