After reviewing my info, Pa advised that we could hire her to talk to the appropriate people, but that couldn't guarantee any more positive resolution of our situation.

Intelligent, knowledgeable--especially regarding tax matters--and helpful. I always felt my interests came first, up to and including the efficient use of her time.
