He was extremely thorough, insightful, knowledgeable and gave eye opening advice regarding technical and strategic matters I would have never thought of. All of this at a very reasonable cost. I found Harvey Williamson through an online search. I chose him based on positive reviews and his knowledge of real estate. I can tell you I was very pleased with the service, and I would highly recommend him. He helped me create an irrevocable trust for my father-in-law. I have a lot of hours of experience with attorneys in my work life and I know some can be quite verbose. On the contrary, I found Harvey to be an excellent listener and his interaction was thoughtful and succinct. He was a pleasure to work with and we were happy with the outcome of the trust. Harvey also went beyond the trust document and recommended additional steps with our real estate transaction, which turned out to be very helpful. We called Harvey after being referred to him from a friend. Our mother passed away in another state, and we had a horrible situation with a local credit union, not willing to comply with their own payable on death document, which was filled out, signed and notarized . The credit union was requiring us to open probate in the state she passed, costing us thousands, and taking months to resolve. Harvey found a loop hole in the Colorado probate law, and handled it quickly and professionally. He communicated with us every step of the way, taking care of every detail in the process.
