I turned to Jon for some outside-the-box thinking on an interesting problem related to multiple (potential) foreclosures. He was not judgmental about the situation, but instead quickly turned his focus on how to help, given the very difficult circumstances. In the end, he was able to give me everything I needed in about two hours and was able to refund me part of my deposit after doing so. I'm very impressed and will send clients his way in the future.
