Mark helped me navigate my options and legal rights with regard to a property boundary issue. He also drafted and filed a permissive easement on my behalf to allow my neighbor to continue landscaping an area of land that I found out was actually my property after having my property surveyed (thus preventing the neighbor from making any future claims of ownership).
