Nathan helped my father through many years and did an excellent job with his will. I retained Nathan to process the probate as my father passed away an autopsy was required which complicated the timing and steps to process his estate. We found this attorney to be unethical in many areas of our "probate" experience. To clarify, there were no assets to probate however he enabled a family member to squeeze out whatever he could from a recently widowed elderly woman, his client's own mother. The will expressly left his client out of any distribution of "assets" of which there were none. To make the case go away and avoid this poor woman from having to appear and testify in a trial, we had to pay a settlement to make it go away.
