I contacted Jorgenson and Brownell for help on resolving an issue where I hired a contractor to do a basement finish for me that ended up being done extremely poorly and needing to be redone. I was at a loss because without going through the legal situation, it was obvious nothing would be fixed. Mr. Jorgenson was professional, upfront, and walked me through the procedures and processes that would need to take place, I always got a quick response when I had a question and his staff was great. James Shanor help us review easement/access to a rural vacant property and also create a cost-sharing covenant (maintenance agreement) with an adjacent landowner to help mitigate any future issues. I would highly recommend.
