We loved working with Daniel and Karli!! They are not only experts in the field of family law, they are genuine in dealing with people. They are not too "law minded" that they forget that people have feelings, cares and concerns. They are a very well rounded law firm. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a lawyer in family law.

Our family used Danielsen Westhoff for a step parent adoption this past year. Daniel and Carli were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Daniel made the entire process smooth and painless for our family. We will definitely use their firm again if we have any additional need of family law firm.

Dan and Karli were excellent to work with. I started with just a phone call as I was trying to complete the process Pro Se. They were willing to help in any way that they could. Once the other opposing attorney made it clear that I needed representation in order to avoid being taken advantage of, this fine team of attorneys jumped in, brought themselves up to speed and made sure my rights and my daughter's rights were protected. Dan Westhoff would be my first call if I need a lawyer again. We had a really tough child custody and support case that took a lot of emotion, energy and detail. Dan took interest in my case, I wasn't a number. He responded quickly and made sure that we were taken care of. I've had to use two lawyers in the past for something else out of the area, I wish I had him then. Call him - it's worth it.

Danielsen got me through one of my hardest moments, I could not have done it without his encouragement, knowledge and the trust I felt for his professionalism, he most definitely gained my respect! Spoke with trademark attorney John Arsenault regarding a new trademark for a new brand name and logo. John seemed very helpful at first but I wasn't set on a name yet so I told him I would get back with him once I have a name picked out. I called a month later and left him a message asking him to call me back because I thought I had a name picked out. I did not receive a call back. Another month passes; I call his office again and this time when I get John on the phone I get a completely different tone with him. He remembered me he said, but John was now unwilling to give me any feedback or advice on the new name I had chosen and said that I need to hire them first. Well, that was 'exactly' what I had every intention on doing before I was treated as though I was just fishing for free information. As if it was illogical for me to think I would be treated with the same quality of help and respect that I received on the first call. I was highly turned off by the whole experience and decided to contact another trademark attorney in my area who was much nicer, more helpful, and also quoted me a much better quote for my needs.

Daniel Westhoff helped my sister during her difficult divorce. He excelled at helping explain all the steps necessary in an easy to understand manner. I would highly recommend Daniel Westhoff for any family law issues.

Daniel represented me in my divorce. He made an otherwise awful situation bearable. He was calm and cool-headed when I was not. He looked out for my interests. Daniel was always honest about the possible outcomes – good or bad – which enabled me to see the big picture rationally and make informed decisions and choices throughout the process. He really cared about me and my situation not only during the divorce process, but my situation afterwards. He is a great attorney and a wonderful person. John was absolutely wonderful and amazingly helpful with everything. He was extremely knowledgeable with everything that had to do with my case and finished everything within 4 days. He was extremely reasonable financially and got me the lowest settlement he could.

John is a young but very respectful and courteous lawyer as a well as a great human being. He helped me deal with a potentially devastating copyright case by guiding me every step of the way. Never rushed things and patiently addressed all anxieties and concerns. I am very glad to report that the case he was looking into for me has been resolved. Mr.John Arsenault represented me in a digital media copyright issue last month ,He has extensive knowledge on this area and he explained me everything about the issue and gave valuable input's to get out of the issue for a reasonable fee.He resolved the whole issue within a week for a minimal settlement amount. He did a great job and friendly too. I highly recommend Mr.john!!!

Mr. Arsenault represented me in a John Doe claim made by Malibu Media in 2013. He did a great job and I want to pass on my highest recommendation. He worked for a fair fee, negotiated a settlement before my name was released, and was overall very pleasant to work with. The whole system isn't fair, but if you are in Colorado and hit by a John Doe suit, John Arsenault is a great option.
