We loved working with Daniel and Karli!! They are not only experts in the field of family law, they are genuine in dealing with people. They are not too "law minded" that they forget that people have feelings, cares and concerns. They are a very well rounded law firm. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a lawyer in family law.

Our family used Danielsen Westhoff for a step parent adoption this past year. Daniel and Carli were great to work with. They were both very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Daniel made the entire process smooth and painless for our family. We will definitely use their firm again if we have any additional need of family law firm.

Dan and Karli were excellent to work with. I started with just a phone call as I was trying to complete the process Pro Se. They were willing to help in any way that they could. Dan Westhoff would be my first call if I need a lawyer again. We had a really tough child custody and support case that took a lot of emotion, energy and detail. Dan took interest in my case, I wasn't a number. He responded quickly and made sure that we were taken care of. I've had to use two lawyers in the past for something else out of the area, I wish I had him then. Call him - it's worth it.

Spoke with trademark attorney John Arsenault regarding a new trademark for a new brand name and logo. John seemed very helpful at first but I wasn't set on a name yet so I told him I would get back with him once I have a name picked out. I called a month later and left him a message asking him to call me back because I thought I had a name picked out. I did not receive a call back. Another month passes; I call his office again and this time when I get John on the phone I get a completely different tone with him. He remembered me he said, but John was now unwilling to give me any feedback or advice on the new name I had chosen and said that I need to hire them first. Well, that was 'exactly' what I had every intention on doing before I was treated as though I was just fishing for free information. As if it was illogical for me to think I would be treated with the same quality of help and respect that I received on the first call. I was highly turned off by the whole experience and decided to contact another trademark attorney in my area who was much nicer, more helpful, and also quoted me a much better quote for my needs.
