My experience with Jessica is that she is personable, kind, and quite caring. When I was shopping for attournies for a familial situation, I would have interviewed quite a lot. I chose Jessica because she thinks outside the box. I am quite happy I made this choice. Her out of the box thinking tremendously shaped the outcome for the better. She keeps it friendly and personable but she will change direction as the situation calls for it. She will be straight up and never lie to you. She will not shy away from a confrontation if it means her client will come out better for it.
