My first contact with Joanna Smith, Smith Law, was in the spring of 2016. I needed a new will and the accompanying documents. It was a difficult time in my life because my husband had passed away just two months prior and I had experienced profound hearing loss. When I called for an appointment, I asked Joanna’s assistant whether my hearing difficulty would be a problem and she said she was sure they could accommodate me. When I arrived, Joanna was prepared and communicated with me by typing the questions she needed to ask on a large computer screen so that I could respond. I have complete confidence in her professional abilities and skills and, as important to me at the time, were her patience and kindness. I returned to her office recently for a modification of my will and I was as satisfied and impressed as I was six years ago. Joanna and her staff care about their clients and are dedicated to providing excellent legal services.
