Attended a preso on Trusts and Will presented by Shannon Marino. I was considering a DYI will but I learned enough to consider a living trust instead. So happy I attended!

Loved Dale, she helped to guide me through a process I have no knowledge in and set me up for medical care following my accident. I was worried about the coverage for my medical needs, and she made sure everything was taken care of. My schedule is super busy, and she was always understanding of that and made communicating easy. She’s just relatable, knows her business, and is understanding and that’s why I chose her to start.

Unbelievable. Dale was working my case for weeks after I was hit by a drunk driver and my truck was totaled, and told me I had a strong case, then one day dropped me and withdrew from my case without giving me any reason or explanation and left me hanging. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer. They also would not respond to my emails asking why they withdrew, but they did manage to find the time to respond to this review, saying they do not tolerate racial slurs or discrimination directed toward their staff, which is not true. I asked them if the drunk driver’s insurance company (Fred Loya) was discriminating against me on the basis of race, and somehow they inverted that and put it on me. No ethnic slurs or discrimination were directed at anyone. I simply asked if Fred Loya was discriminating against me because of their bare minimum, dismissive settlement offer and because every single one of their employees is Latino. I also sent that email at the end of a twelve hour workday when I was exhausted and admittedly overreacted to the offer from Loya. Dale’s employee, Shantel, was actually very helpful and simply reassured me that she didn’t think Fred Loya was racist (and I was ready to let it go after that), but then Dale apparently took it personally and overreacted. Accusing Fred Loya of racism doesn’t make me racist, and nothing was directed at you or your team, Dale. Unbelievably stupid and ignorant. I even explained to Dale that my ancestry is Hispanic. How stupid would I have to be to hate my own grandparents and my own family ancestry? Thank you for not charging me, because your services were worthless.

Dale not only provided us useful information, but also was able to be honest and considerate of our situation. In the unknown, I believe that if you have a lawyer that not only stands by you, but can put your mind at ease. It certainly is a added benefit of her representation. Thanks Dale for your time my family really appreciates you for it!
