Dale is knowledgeable in her craft, caring bout her clients and a great negotiater. Dale's knowledge about insurance companies helped to make good decision and arrive to asatisfactory settlement. Dale communicated with me on a weekly basis and advised me of the progress and obsticles of the case. Dale negotiated a settlement 4 1/2 time more the amount suggested to me by a partner at the original interview. Working with Dale was like having a member of my family representing me.

Dale was helpful and able to answer all of my questions (I had alot of them) about my case. She helped me through all of the processes of the court and was sincerly concerned with my case and all of the issues relating to it. I do not feel that I would have had the same results with any other ordinary lawyer. She went over and beyond what I would have expected from any lawyer. If I ever need a lawyer again Dale would be the only one I would call.

Dale Casares has represented me on two occasions. The firm she worked for represented me in a personal injury case. My case was passed on to two attorneys in two years before it was eventually handed over to Dale. She was very attentive to my concerns and helped to bring the case to a quick resolution. For my case, I started with another lawyer. Once my case was transferred to Ms. Casares, I felt she went above and beyond to keep me updated with the status of my case. I felt each of her phone calls were compassionate and reflected keeping my best interests in mind. When I found myself having to deal with injuries from a careless driver I was dreading the process. I had been through a similar accident years before and I had been shuffled through the process by lawyers the first time. Dale Casares really turned the experience around for me. She was incredibly patient and willing to answer any and all of my questions. That part was huge for me because I had had other lawyers scoff at certain questions or respond with an arrogance by implying that I should just leave that part to them because they knew what was best for me. Dale never got that tone with me and I always felt that she genuinely was happy to help me understand things and be a part of my case. Dale's follow through and professionalism is refreshing in today's world. She was always very prompt and diligent in getting back to me but more importantly, she was very proactive and would reach out to update me without me having to call and try to chase someone down. It took a lot of stress off of me because I truly felt that she was working on my case and had never forgotten me. I know that my case was not one of the offices biggest payouts for the office but Dale treated me with respect and I felt that she cared just as much about my struggles as any big case. I know she exhausted every avenue and did everything possible to maximize my settlement. I would recommend Dale Casares to anyone! She is exceptional at what she does and she does it with a "bed-side" manner that, in my opinion, is nearly unheard of in her profession.
