I was connected with him through my legal insurance. Scheduled a consultation to discuss my potential case. During the consultation, it felt like I wasn't getting through to him when explaining my situation. I attempted to explain it to him multiple times (even using easier to understand contexts) asclearly as possible but he just had a hard time understanding. It ended up making me feel frustrated and as though I was wasting my time trying to get him to understand something he may or will not ever understand. Did not move forward with him and ended up finding another attorney who understood my situation before I even finished painting the whole picture.

Left a phone message and then set up an online phone interview however no one called even though I got text and email saying when they would be calling, update there was a problem with the automated answering system Grant was in Mexico and did return my call and was very helpful will be meeting with him soon to plan our estate

I was immediately yelled at by the attorney who answered the phone. Was the most rude person on earth, didn’t care about my case at all because his ego was too big to be asked a simple and basic question. I can’t believe someone would speak like that to a potential client. As a doctor and entrepreneur, that was the WORST possible way to handle the situation. I will never do business with such a disrespectful person.
