Grant is willing to talk through scenario planning and has deep insight into tax and estate planning. Working with our real estate agent on a tangential matter, he quickly spotted a problem with a trust we had on our house (set up by another attorney) and was able to correct a potentially costly error that would have had us pay a lot in capital gain taxes.

I contacted Grant Van Der Jagt at the 11th hour of a financial issue I was struggling with. After our conversation regarding the particulars, Grant took on the challenge on a pro Bono basis. Within a short time after my sending the needed paperwork to him, I received a call from Grant witin a short time with some options to consider. L Further, I received another call from him the following day saying he had done further research and had more options. After conferring with Grant, he wrapped up the matter for me. Thankful I gave him a call!

From the get go, Grant was calm, matter of fact and very knowledgeable.
