Mrs. Goldmanis and her team went above and beyond to help me with my case. They took the time to listen to me when i explained the complexity of my case. They put in a great deal of effort and research before approaching the case to ensure they could in fact help me and ensure that they weren't wasting my time and money. They explained to me all probabilities and gave me examples to support their probable outcomes. I have had some experience with attorneys in my past and none were as diligent as the team at Kokish and Goldmanis. Not only were they successful in winning my case, they also got a previous judgement reversed as well as held the opposing counsel responsible for behaviors/actions that were scheming and unscrupulous. This is a team of skilled and thoughtful attorneys who really are passionate about what they do and hold everyone involved in their cases accountable for their actions. Becky was amazing. She was extremely personable during a painful time of my life. She was able to convey a caring attitude, listen well in regards to my wishes, while maintaining a very clear, objective goal for me legally. (something I could not have done on my own during this situation) I appreciated her non adversarial approach while fighting for what she thought was within my rights. I found her to be fair, and reasonable yet extremely diligent and tough when she needed to be.
