Hands down one of, if not the worst legal companies in CO. My attorney transcribed dates incorrectly costing me lots of money. Not once did I even get an apology. I had to file a dispute related to this incident. Then comes the awful accounts receivable department. I requested a form to be sent to me for the remaining amount owed to the firm. Waited days and finally called them. The individual had to audacity to lie to me and tell me he sent the form. Unprofessional, unorganized, unethical, inconsiderate, and untrustworthy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM

This is the worst legal company that I have dealt with. We lost a simple case. They did not do their home work and they actually reprimanded the one that hired them. When you call to ask how much you owed them to pay your fees they will charge you for that. The confidence level is low when you work with them. Stay away for this Law Firm.

Robert was very nice and helpful.

Out for money, not helping people. Outrageous charges for reading and sending emails. You are better off doing the work yourself, these people will put you in more of a bind.

Robinson and Henry were phenomenal. Their personal injury Attorney Robert Harper was a Great and funny guy except when dealing with the insurance company's attorneys he was a beast. He was able to get me double the amount of what the Insurance company was willing to pay . Cant believe the $$$$ settlement. And Tia his paralegal was awesome Through this whole journey . I highly recommend Robinson & Henry for your personal injury needs...

This was a short meeting-part of their free consultation. I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to assist (and they did!). Should I have need for another lawyer in the future, I will call them again.

I've had the displeasure of hiring this firm to assist in the simple task of modifying child support. In the brief time that I've been their client, I have been, without warning, transferred to a new attorney 3 times for a total of 4 attorneys representing me. It's unclear why the attorneys have left Robinson and Henry, but I did receive an automated email response from one saying they "are no longer associated with the firm". When I inquired about his prompt dismissal (he was removed on a Friday afternoon), I was told it was "COVID 19" related. In an attempt to discuss a fair billing and invoicing moving forward without having an attorney representing me, Marlana Caruso filed a motion to withdraw without consulting with me and less than a month from my mediation.
