I met with Don Eby to discuss an issue with a real estate contract. He was professional and helpful. There was no charge as this was an initial consultation. If I need to pursue the matter legally, I will definitely hire Don.

As a former client, Ms. Gill failed repeated to communicate by written word in violation of the American Disabilities Act as it is one of my few means of communication. When she would get around to responding, her information was wrong. Fortunately I knew other attorneys, retired, who had proper information. When attempting to discuss any of it with Ms. Gill she was hostile and rude. She got mad because I contacted a former retired attorney and then Ms. Gill said she couldn’t work with me. Ms. Gill quoted a price for her work. Make sure it is written in the contract as it was nearly 2x the amount and she was only at the beginning stages of representation. It has been nearly 6 months since a request was made for a complete file and she has yet to adequately comply. And there are a host of other issues. I have been around attorneys all my life and I have never seen such dismal work. Clearly others have had issues with Ms. Gill and yet in spite of filing complaints because she violates ethics, she has been allowed to continue unchecked. The Office of Attorney Regulation doesn’t cover anything related to the cost. They recommend an arbitration service through the Colorado Bar Assoc which Ms. Gill has chosen not use with other former clients. Since then I have had the opportunity to communicate and work with other Appeals Attorneys who have the requisite skills required, i.e. very knowledgeable about their subject, know how to communicate and keep their clients informed and abide by the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct.

Lori is a great attorney. She won a jury trial for a D.U.I. that I was charged with in Douglas County. I hired her again for a different incident and all charges were dismissed within 90 days of the original charges. Her office is easy to contact and I always got same day responses from her. I would highly recommend this attorney for any criminal charges!

A neighbor and I recently met with attorney Donald Eby in the Robinson & Henry, PC Castle Rock office for a complimentary consultation regarding a zoning real estate matter. Mr. Eby was very informative and insightful. He provided us with a couple of "next step" options. I highly recommend this law firm.

My parents and I were referred to Robinson and Henry as a highly recommended resource with expertise in real estate law to address an earnest money dispute. We worked with Mason Simpson and reached a successful outcome (the earnest money was released by the Seller) within in one week. Mason was incredibly responsive and diligent in his communication to all involved parties. Mason assessed the issue and provided several recommendations for resolutions, outlining the pros/cons and potential associated costs. Initially, my parents and I were reluctant to engage a legal resource in the dispute given the prospect of incurring significant legal fees ,which was counter to our outcome. Not only did we get 100% of the earnest money back from the Seller but Mason accomplished it with reasonable fees/invested hours.

Had conference call with Don E. and read reviews. Really liked him. Next think I knew Angie Schmitz was assigned my case. I was told one thing, after $12,000.00 and many charges I did not feel warranted I cancelled council. The firm might be good but beware of Angie. I requested she put a hold on my case until I reviewed and she charged me $60.00 to email to ask what I had decided and charged to be dismissed. I was told, it should be taken care of with the retainer, turned into a nightmare. The only thing I got from this law firm were charges to me.

Very friendly and helpful, I left with an understanding of my position as it relates to an easement on my property and what my options were going forward.

Yesterday, I and another friend of mine, met with Mr. Eby for a complementary consultation. We had a very informative conversation about our situation and what directions we might pursue next. Although we are not in immediate need of legal services, we are comfortable with this firm and will let our neighbors and friends know that Robinson and Henry could be a helpful resource for them.
