Consultation was great for a REAL ESTATE dispute. Agreed to have him represent us, and was immediately passed off to a criminal defense attorney that didn't know anything about real estate law. Had to fire him and get knowledgeable attorney from a different form. Thanks for wasting a month of our time and thousands of dollars Donnald.

Argumentative, arrogant, misleading. It's like he wants his own client to lose. I don't know why this guy is in the business, he likes to argue but he is terrible at the job of representing. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone!

We had a zoning issue where Mr. EB's letter to the board of adjustment stated that I didn't do what they were alleging and that I did do what they were all edging in the next paragraph. He also said they were not be looking at law to make their decision but they did and we paid him $10,000 and got little in return. He really didn't put up a fight for us at the hearing I felt that his zoning knowledge was insufficient I knew more about the Douglas County zoning resolution then Mr. EBY did.

Mr Eby was upfront and to the point. Although he was unable to assist us, he was genuine about it. At least he took the time to respond back to us.

I asked Attorney Eby a few questions and received a response very quickly. He answered each question and gave me guidelines as to what my legal options were in the future. His advice was just what I need and I was glad for the quick response.
