We were unprepared for the complexities of initiating a trust, Our first interview was a daunting experience, a lot of information to digest and decide which type of trust was best for our situation. To us, our situation with our many faceted asset situation and our wishes to create a dynasty type trust seemed impossible for us to grasp.
