The company I founded 11 years has been using Izbiky & Langer since we started. They've helped us with contracts, trademarks, and were our attorneys when we recapitalized. Our business has grown from a kitchen table to tens of millions and Julian and team have been with us the entire time. Their no-nonsense approach and terrific business sense makes them unique among attorneys. I am certain they have always had my and my company's best interest in mind and are as frugal with my money as I am. In my estimation there is NO better team to work with than these guys.

We are very happy when we have Julian or Jonathan representing one of the parties in a business sale or have them working as escrow agents in the transaction. This review is for both Julian and Jonathan, as I worked with each separately through the course of setting up an LLC and subsequently, drafting a contract to purchase a business. Initially, it was an easy process working with Julian, who was straightforward and helpful when it came to creating the articles and business documents necessary to form my entity. My experience was pleasant, efficient and the cost was appropriate. When the time came to seek an attorney to assist with a business contract, I went back to them. My experience working with Jonathan was also very positive. In fact, he went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to help navigate a difficult purchase and seller. His advice in dealing with circumstances similar to where I found myself was extremely helpful in the decision to ultimately back away from the deal, despite progressing very far down the path to purchase. What caught me completely off guard in a good way, was that Jonathan went so far as offering to write-off several billable hours because the deal ultimately fell through; something very few attorneys/hourly-paid professionals would offer.
