From the very first time I talked to Lauren on the phone and told her about the accident my daughter and I had been in, I felt like I was talking to a friend who was genuinely empathetic and cared about our situation. She made me feel comfortable talking to her and I completely trusted her. The whole process of healing took over a year and Lauren never once made me feel like she was more interested in getting paid than she was for me to have a full recovery. She even sent flowers after my surgery! Any questions I had could be texted, emailed or even called in and I knew I would always get a fast response from Lauren or her paralegal Leslie, even after hours or on weekends. And they never made me feel like I was bothering them or that my questions were foolish. By the end of my case, Lauren felt more like family than my lawyer. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and compassion. She's genuinely a good person with strong ethics and very high moral standards. She is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside but absolutely fierce when it comes to negotiating for her clients and she was able to get me more money than I had expected.
