It was remarkable to witness and moved me to tears to realize not only had Michael been listening to me all along but that he really believed in my case and that it mattered to him enough to be well prepared and organized when it was crunch time. The mediator agreed with his argument and I assume she helped opposing counsel agree as well because I received more then I dreamed was possible on the first offer. I was elated with the results and the papers were signed that day! Great lawyers know how how to prepare effective, clear and well-reasoned legal documents: As awesome as mediation went I had no idea how important the “boiler plate” legal document, memorializing our agreement was going to be. The first draft written by opposing counsel depressed me and I truly didn’t feel comfortable signing it - there were way too many “what if’s” left out. I expressed my concerns to Michael who told me not to worry and that he still had to review it. The next version, which Michael edited, was effective, clear and well reasoned and addressed every one of my concerns eliminating all my “what if’s”. Alex White is a predatory attorney. The charges she billed me for on totally unnecessary work were so outrageous, she charged OVER $5000 A MONTH! I have Autism and she tried to take advantage of me. Alex White insisted I needed a Guardian Ad Litem, which I definitely did not need. She just wanted to charge more. She doesn't respect or listen to her clients at all! I asked for messages to get to the other side of my case and I was lied to and given no hope even though it ended up NOT being the truth. The opposite of what I was told by Alex White ended up being the outcome once I switched attorneys AND I was only changed $1200 a month by the ETHICAL AND WONDERFUL NEW ATTORNEY.... It really sunk in the fact that Alex White is a completely unethical attorney and is an A+ abuser of power who is skilled at gaslighting people to try to gain control.

Alex and family are, unequivocally, the best team to have on your side when the help is needed. Not only did she take on my case when most passed me up, she never doubted that we could get my desired outcome. Beyond that, she and her team never stooped to the level of the opposing party. There were moments I wanted to just let loose and both Alex and Krista would rein me in and make clear it wasn't needed. Their focus was the facts and not mirroring the immature smearing that was coming from the other side. They truly became a short-term 'family' during my divorce and custody battle. Worth absolutely everything I gave up for them to have my back. If you want to be apart of your children's lives, when someone is doing whatever they can to take them away from you, hire Alex and her team. I don't do many reviews, especially good ones. It's just not my thing, but Alex deserves my praise. I had a very tough case which was being handled right at the start of COVID. Alex persevered, figured out how to become one of the first cases seen via WEBEX. It was a very tough and confusing time for everyone, including the courts. Alex was unwavering. I was struggling at the same time like most of us do through these things. Alex showed she cared and she always did the right thing. She listened to me complain and never judged. She was direct when I needed it and she listened when I needed it. I had a feeling that I was probably a huge pain in the butt, but she never told me that. She always took everything I said with a smile, and encouraged me to always provide feedback. She is a warrior and I needed that. Thank You Alex.......I am honestly grateful.

I had a bad divorce and it's still not over yet. Elissa Roberts is the best lawyer that I had and I'm so thankful for my friends recommendation. I had 3 other lawyers, Jeff Town, Leonard Higdon, and last lawyer that I hired but decided to cancel. Both Town and Higdon lawyers wasted my time and a lot of money. Elissa did not waste my time, she stated the facts and the truth on the outcomes. I was stressed and Elissa made me feel at ease since she was honest and knows her law. All I wanted was a fair and equitable divorce and she was the only lawyer that helped. Also, it was sad and dishearten to hear my ex-husband's lawyer in Lone Tree, CO, during court. If you need a lawyer, go with Elissa, you will not be disappointed or second guess her advice. Also, her paralegal, Kathleen, is great too. They both made me feel that I can get through this, even thought, it's hard but they will help me get thought this.
