I cannot thank Eric and Varner Faddis Elite Legal enough for their support and guidance throughout my car accident recovery journey. I was in an accident in December 2019 and was referred to Eric by a colleague. I was able to have a consult with him two days after my accident and Eric made me feel comfortable, at ease and like I had someone in my corner. He gave me guidance and took his time speaking to me and answering all my questions in layman’s terms. His paralegal, Cara, was also great at communicating with me throughout the entire case, keeping me updated on new developments, and answering all of the questions quickly. The case was resolved in September 2021 and Eric went above and beyond in getting me every penny that was owed to me in a case where the person who hit me had a policy with the state minimum. He ensured all avenues and funds were exhausted and made sure I was happy along the way. I cannot give Eric and his team enough praise and am extremely pleased with the resolution of the case.

Please steer clear of this Law Firm. Hired to represent me in a troubling manner only to find out after two months of wasting my time, assuring me they could handle the easy task, they failed. Not aggressive not forthcoming not who you want on your side!! Response to owners comments: Of course they dispute any validity of a claim of their wrongdoing. I have used the tiptop attorneys across the state of Colorado and this firm falls well short of being anywhere close to elite like they claim. Please steer clear of this firm which carries zero respect for the integrity of the client. All the accolades in the world don’t offset the horrible service and handling to which they decided to handle my case instead of looking for alternatives. Please stay clear of this Firm. You can do better!!

I needed a lawyer to represent me for a DUI and Eric was the absolute perfect person for that. Mr Faddis helped me get through my poor judgement in character by guiding me to the proper actions I needed to do to help my case. In the end, I received a plea deal that I was very pleased with.
