From the very first time I talked to Lauren on the phone and told her about the accident my daughter and I had been in, I felt like I was talking to a friend who was genuinely empathetic and cared about our situation. She made me feel comfortable talking to her and I completely trusted her. The whole process of healing took over a year and Lauren never once made me feel like she was more interested in getting paid than she was for me to have a full recovery. She even sent flowers after my surgery!
