Kim Utesch is an excellent lawyer. I moved to Colorado to get more time with my children and my ex fought me hard on it. Ms. Utesch was able to get me 50/50 custody and got all the bs motions thrown out.

I have known Kim for quite some time in the professional setting, and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She is a very knowledgeable, effective, and passionate attorney. If there were 10 stars available I would give Kim Utesch 11 stars. Kim is honest, forthcoming, and extremely professional. She is a great person and a great lawyer. She prefers to communicate via email which is great and very efficient. She always deals with clients honestly, professionally and she has tremendous knowledge. She will be your advocate. I can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone. You can't go wrong with her firm.
