Cathy/Catherine and her team were impressive. I was emotionally in distress and she put me at ease. She was so caring for me and my children well being. She treated me like a daughter. She was easy to talk to, provided excellent advice, attentive and responsive. Kendra was awesome with all the detail. Kendra walks me through the ‘jungle’ of legal paperwork. I would be lost without them. I would highly recommend Cathy and her team.

Horrible job done on our CFI report. Report was over 2 months overdue and she would not respond and give any updates. Didn’t interview witnesses in the case. Very unprofessional and there should be higher consequences when dealing with the outcome of children’s lives. Stay away!

We hired Keith Ray when dealing with a litigious contractor and Keith was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He educated us on legal rights and topics that are not general knowledge. Keith was understanding and answered our questions without judgement. We recommend him for anyone who needs assistance with any legal adversity. I had a consultation with Catherine regarding finalizing my divorce weeks ago. She asked me to send her the documentation ahead of time, but on the call she clearly hadn't reviewed a single page. While I spent the call describing the basic details of my divorce, she spent the entire call criticizing my mediators and previous agreements instead of discussing the next steps for my case. She ended the call by saying that she'd need to "reread" the documents and would get back to me by Monday... it's been weeks and I haven't heard from her. Stay far away!!!!

I have worked with Kim Utesch, both in her role as an attorney and as Child and Family Investigator. I found her to be very professional; her CFI reports have been thorough and fair. Divorce is hard, and while neither side ever
gets everything they want, it is nice to have a CFI that is able to remain unbiased and present her expert opinion regarding what is in the best interest of the children. I will definitely use her services again.
