Carla knows, and shares, everything we needed to know about the documents we need to leave for our survivors. It is a wonderful feeling to know that we have provided a thorough map for our heirs. Carla also helped us discern the Catholic end of life decisions we wish. She is very patient and understanding.

I hired Carla for Estate Planning purposes. She helped me organize my thinking around this critical area and completed all pertinent documents. During the interview she took great care to fully understand my needs and wishes, explained any choices I needed to make, and summarized my final decisions for me clearly and accurately. When the paperwork was presented to me I found zero mistakes. Everything was just as we had outlined. When I moved from Boston to Denver, and had to redo my Massachusetts Will, I retained Carla Little for that task. My older brother had highly recommended her since she had help him so much in setting up a Living Trust for him and is wife when they moved to Denver. Carla is very professional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable in the area of estate planning. Given my input, Carla set up a living trust for me. At signing, she clearly explained all of the provisions and made sure I understood and agreed to them all. Some changes were made in real-time as a result of that presentation. She also provided step-by-step instructions and various checklists for completing the important task of funding the trust. I highly recommend her Customer Care program, which provides cloud storage for the trust document and all of the documents that prove that the house, the car, and any other owned assets are legally owned by the trust. You also have year-round access to Carla and her staff to help you with deciding what should go into the trust and how to do that. She also offers an ongoing series of presentations to help the trust holder and future trustees understand what must be done throughout the life of the trust, through periods of incapacity, and after death. Recently, five years after the original trust was created, I needed to make changes to both the beneficiaries and the trustees of the trust. The process was as thorough and well thought out as it was the first time. In addition to my changes, the trust was also updated to better accommodate changes in the law and to address issues with similar trusts that Carla had administered since mine was written. Because of my membership in the Customer Care program, the cost of these changes was close to insignificant considering the amount of work that was done. One's life is an ongoing process and as your life changes, so must your Living Trust. I would highly recommend retaining Carla and the Little Law Offices to guide you though those changes.

My wife and I retained Carla t0 revise and update our Nevada Trust and Estate plan to be in conformance with Colorado law. Carla was very professional in her approach and extremely knowledgeable in the area of estate planning. she fully explained all of the provisions of the trust and the various documents required to complete the plan. She was also very clear in explaining the importance of and the process for funding the trust. We would highly recommend Carla to anyone in need of estate planning advice.
