I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Chris Little on a personal basis over the years. While I cannot comment directly on his ability as a litigator ( I do know his success rate is exceptional) , I can provide some insight into the person who would be representing you in one of the most stressful and emotional times of your life. It only takes a few minutes with Chris before you will quickly realize you are talking to an a person who is exceptionally bright, articulate and exceptionally well prepared to represent you in the most professional manner possible. I assure, Chris’ encyclopedic knowledge and years of experience will be blatantly obvious during your very first meeting. As a friend, I love his laser sharp and quick sense of humor. As a client, I would think that attribute crucial, especially if you end up in trial or just need to have a little laugh when you really need it. He is a family man who understands what your everyone involved is going through and will provide you the structure and support that is so important to maintaining your mental health and managing through this difficult process. I have never known Chris to be dishonest or untrustworthy and would willingly entrust my future to him if I was ever faced with such a situation. I highly recommend Mr. Little and his team. I hired Chris to work on a very tough case and within a tight deadline after I dropped my previous counsel on an appeal's case. Chris worked very hard on my case as he believed there were many issues my previous attorney should have brought to the attention of the court. Chris felt we had been given another opportunity through my appeal to bring all of those issues to light. I saw Chris dig in, as well as his staff, and I felt completely comfortable with his representation in court. I cannot imagine having a domestic relation matter needing legal advice that I would not hire Chris and his staff for representation. At the end of the day knowing my case, as cumbersome as it was, was never a deterrent for Chris. It only made him more determined to work harder and to prove to the court that my position mattered, carried merit, and deserved to be ruled fairly. We can all agree that is what all attorneys should strive for, and I witnessed that fortitude in Mr. Little.

CNL Law Firm and Chris assisted me through an extremely contentious parenting time dispute. Given the stressful nature of everything, I was dreading the entire process of hiring an attorney and going back to court. Chris was up helpful and upfront right off the bat. In fact, when I reached out to the firm, I was able to immediately speak to an attorney rather than be passed off. I was provided advice and a realistic expectation as to the cost of legal services. Chris made my case a priority and kept me apprised as to each and every step along the way. My biggest fear was a big ego attorney who would make decisions without my input, never communicate with me and all while charging insane rates. That was not the case at all with CNL and Chris.
