Kim Utesch put me right at ease. I was in the beginning of what turned out to be a very ugly, bitter custody battle with my child's Father. Kim was able to discuss the facts of my case and what my options were. I was confident in her ability to fight for my rights as a Mother. Kim remained calm, aggressive, and polite in all communications between myself and her, and the other party and their attorney. The thing that stuck out the most working with Ms. Utesch was how organized she was with my case. She never forgot a date or deadline, and always responded back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kim Utesch as your attorney, she gets the job done, and she holds nothing back! I value her work ethic and all the effort she put into my case.

The worst mediator ever. She said that the difficulty of my ex dealing with difficulties of being a single parent should be considered in the value of the settlement. She divorced me! This lady is the most sexist and female biased mediator.
