I highly recommend hiring Kim Utesch to handle your divorce or child custody cases. Kim always provides a clear and concise legal assessment of the situation; followed by highly credible recommendations. She always puts my child's needs first, which is reflected in her legal advice. She has gone above and beyond to assist me in several situations. I really can't say enough good things about her and the legal services she provides.

Having to hire a family lawyer for unfortunate situations in our lives can be scary and stressful. I was referred to Kim by a friend. Kim helped me through a stressful situation. She was caring, attentive, encouraging and knowledgeable . She didn't allow the other party to walk all over me. Kim is definitely a powerhouse! I've recommended her to a friend and highly recommend her for anyone who needs a family attorney.

If there were 10 stars available I would give Kim Utesch 11 stars. Kim is honest, forthcoming, and extremely professional. She is a great person and a great lawyer. She prefers to communicate via email which is great and very efficient. She always deals with clients honestly, professionally and she has tremendous knowledge. She will be your advocate. I can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend her to anyone. You can't go wrong with her firm.

If I can I would give Marty a 6 star. He was so patient with my case, paid attention to every detail, and showed me that he truly cares about me and my problems. He did everything in such a quick timeframe when I needed it. He responds and answers all of my questions. I felt really comfortable working with Marty and getting to know this amazing man.
