We worked with Justin Pierce of Ross Law, P.C. on a simple trust for our estate. While the estate is not extremely large, it just seemed to be the best way to handle our situation which involved numerous heirs. We found Justin to be extremely meticulous and thorough in all the advice and assistance he gave us We are “seniors” and we found parts of setting up the trust to be somewhat complicated. Whenever we had a meeting he would send us an email detailing all the items we discussed and listing the issues we needed to handle . We found this to be extremely helpful. He encouraged us to call him with any questions we had and if he was not available he got back to us in a timely manner.
