I had the pleasure of meeting with Dan regarding estate planning, and it was sincerely a mind-blowing experience. I had no idea if the scope of developing a quality estate plan. Dan has a unique ability to take a complex process and simplify it so anyone can understand. His ability to educate is incredible. I highly recommend him and his services- you and your family need it.

We entrusted McKenzie Law Firm to draw up our family trust. They did an excellent job I had just finished executing my mother’s trust. We went to Dan McKenzie and his team to finalize our Will and other important financial/medical documents such as our advanced medical directive. These are all documents that should be done, especially when you start having a family. You don't want to leave that burden on your loved ones. It was something that we had thought about for a while, but we didn't understand the process or where to go to start it. So initially we signed up for a prepaid legal plan, that sent us all the documentation, and the forms were a bit confusing so I filled them out to the best of my ability and after the final version got to us we had to do the rest by ourself. That's when we sat down with Dan and his team. They explained the documents, explained under what circumstances you fill out which portions. Simplified the process and made me feel at ease with the documents we were signing. I would have preferred to have found him first, and not had to stress for a couple months about trying to figure this whole process out, but I am really glad we found him. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate, understanding, knowledgable and patient law firm for this process. Thank you!

Absolutely recommend...no one wants to talk about their will or estate planning, but the reality is you need it done because you never know what is going to happen and when. They made me feel extremely welcome and the conversation was very comfortable and even enjoyable!
