Laurel will be the person in your corner when there is no one else. I have worked with Laurel and a few separate cases and she always produces results. She handled my child support case and was there for me when I was continually being verbally beat up by my ex. When he made attempts to contact everyone I knew, friends, previous relationships because he wanted to scare me, she assured me that it wouldn't matter and guess what it didn't. We went to mediation, he had to pay back support and current support through FSR. I highly recommend Laurel for any family court proceedings. She is knowledgeable and will fight for what is right.

I would not recommend.

Laurel has helped multiple people that I know in their custody and divorce situations. Our situation was unique and we may not have initiatially gotten the results we were hoping for, but we eventually did, it took allot of patience and hard work. Laurel is not the person for you if you can't handle the brutal truth because she won't sugar coat it for you, that's not her job. Her job is to be honest with you about the possible outcomes and what you need to do for your situation. And that's what she did for us.

Absolutely the worst for a divorce! I had to make so many corrections on their papework it was ridiculous, sometimes they had a different clients name on my documents, wrong marriage date over and over. Even their own template had "marriage " spelled wrong and I had to notify them of that. Kept charging me for correcting THEIR own typos. Way over charged for from the quote I was given. They misspelled MY name wrong so many times on official documents and I was their client! Iwouldn't use them again for anything. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

Absolutely do NOT recommend. she talks the talk on the first consultation but does very little after. I found her services to be very unprofessional from start to end. Lazy, rude, incompetent, un-compassionate for the child circumstances, and looking for easy agreements out so she doesn’t have to do the work regardless of the high charges she racks up! I wished I had gone with my gut early on and changed lawyers! - think twice - this woman also believes that “mental abuse in a child isn’t a real thing” … really kicking myself for not listening to my gut when she sent 2-5 word answers to the opposing lawyers and often did not respond to communication from myself! She will talk you into an easy settlement for her just to get rid of you but the reality is she got nothing achieved in 18 months! Even the after payment process is an absolute incompetent mess! Take time to read some of the other negative reviews because if you have kids that you love and care about this is not the right lawyer for you!
