Mr. Gresham was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in reviewing and updating my will, power of attorney, and medical directives. His paralegal, Sheila, was very helpful in facilitating me in the process of upgrading these documents.

We met for a consultation, but our miscommunication led to a draft of Wills that did not reflect our wishes. We went through and highlighted the errors on both documents and returned them. We met again, re-discussed and clarified for each other the changed wishes and wording required. Spencer then redrafted the wills and they were exactly what we needed. He suggested ways to accomplish what we wanted and that is what we did. Great customer service and a good dollar value for all that we received.

Back in 2017 when my mother passed, I contacted this firm to ask questions because the bank was trying to take our house. They were helpful and talked me through everything. We saved our house because of their advice. So we decided to keep their name for when it was time to do our wills. And we did. We did the package with everything in it that we needed. Everything went like clockwork and signing was a breeze. Sheila and Spencer are such nice people. Spencer was clear and explained everything perfectly and Sheila is on top of everything. It was so nice dealing with professionals who are on the ball. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again if we need to.

They reviewed the trust making recommendations. We received the direction we needed to provide updated documents. Sheila promply responded to questions and supported us through the process.
