I cannot recommend Lynsday enough. She and her staff are excessively diligent and firm with the way they handle cases. She isn't going to rope you in to false hopes to burn up your retainer and when you're wrong, she's going to call you out on it. Where she shines the most is with her diligence in the case. She produced a result that blew me away at the end. I couldn't believe how effective her work was in the case and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome she was able to achieve. Her staff is diligent and they work hard to keep the case moving smoothly. Her office is very busy so you won't be hearing from her daily, but likewise when it comes time for your case she is on point and produces amazing results where it matters. If you need a strong fighter in a tough situation, she's your go-to by leaps and bounds above her peers.

Ms. Ressler represented me this year in a divorce case and was absolutely fabulous. She has a brilliant mind, superb efficiency, and a no-nonsense way of getting straight to the important facts. I retained Lyndsay for my case after I had received a modification of parenting time change order from my ex . I found out about her through a acquaintance. She seemed very determined to help me with my case. We had mediation which a temporary order was agreed on with a hearing scheduled months later. A few months later my current husband received an out of state employment offer. Lyndsay got to work right away processing a relocation request. At the hearing she was on point gaining the judge to approve my relocation out of state with my daughter. Very pleased with the outcome of my experience with her and her staff.

I went to lyndsay just 2 months before my final divorce and asked her if she would start representing me since I suspected I would lose everything if I stayed with the original attorney I hired. Lyndsay not only took my case last minute but did a wonderful job representing me. I asked for her help 6 months later for a relocation hearing and again she did an excellent job. She is extemely driven and passionate about doing well for her clients. She dramatically improved my life after a very contested divorce.
