As an attorney who has practiced family law for over a decade, I quickly decided to have Carl and his team represent me in my own nasty divorce and child custody battle. I had been incredibly impressed with him when he was opposing counsel against me in the past, and was even more impressed with his representation. My divorce and child custody issues lasted almost 3 years. Carl was professional, insightful, affordable and quickly responded to all my inquiries. He sifts through the junk and focuses your case on the important issues that lead to the best outcome possible for your case. I was absolutely astounded by the results of my case, which far exceeded any of my expectations. He is incredibly prepared, whether for mediation or for trial. We had a very limited time during our two trials and he performed exquisitely in a way that only an attorney with decades of experience, legal knowledge and true preparation of the individual details of your case can preform. My children are safe because of Carl’s wise counsel and incredible representation. I literally cannot give him or his team a review that does them the Justice they deserve, however, my heart will be forever grateful that Carl and his team gave me and my children the Justice we deserved, Justice that is so often not found in our court system.

I used Mr. Graham for my divorce as a military officer. The parenting plan he wrote up was very vague and caused contention between me and my ex. This contention led me to file for a parenting modification with very complicated issues. Mr. Graham did not listen to some of my concerns and opinions and dismissed them. This caused me to lose in court and the judge to rule against me. I spent over $5K for nothing after him telling me this was pretty much an easy case and I would get more time with my kids. He missed a lot of key points and let the other attorney dominate in court. I have no doubt Mr. Graham knows the law but seems to do what he wants rather than what you want. I would suggest shopping around, better attorneys out there

My ex is very high strung and difficult to get along with. We have been in and out of court for many years, hence we have been through quit a few family law attorneys. Once again I needed an attorney, so here I was again needing a family law attorney who knew what the heck they were doing. So I searched and searched.......and stumbled upon Black and Graham! I thank God every day I found Carl and hired him as my family law attorney. Not often an attorney will be upfront and honest. Carl is just that. He is honest, trustworthy, keeps in contact with you in regards to your case, he will not sugar coat nothing and he is always prepared! He will tell you the truth and he does NOT rob you of your money. The more time he spends and works on your case the more you will spend. But, in the end each dime is well worth it! I cannot say enough good things about this attorney. Not only his he great, but also the ENTIRE STAFF at Black and Graham. So, if you are reading this, I am assuming you are in need of a heck of a good attorney. Well.... You found the right person who will assist you in your legal matter.
