In Sept 2016 I had gotten in some DUI trouble and I was told to call Steve and his team ASAP!!!! I did. And I tell you he was a master!!!! It all starts with the young awesome lady at the front desk Emily!!!! She is amazing! every time I have called she has answered and pointed me in the spot that I needed. I had a day that I couldn't talk to Steve (he was in court) So, Emily told me to come in and talk to Andy his assistant and that he will be able to answer all of my questions. I get to the office and Andy was right there waiting to help me! He, even came to court and helped me understand all the jargon that Steve and the Judge were talking about (that is a bonus that I do not see other Law offices doing). Then the man himself. Steve. Steve is extremely easy to talk to. He even has called me at my home on HIS time!!!! folks let me tell you that is not standard practice and it shows his care for us!!!!! He commands the attention in the court room and they give him the respect that he has worked for! The first day I talked to Steve he told me "Calm down. Come see me in my office and lets take care of this" Take it from somebody who has never been in trouble before and is told to calm down and lets fix this. That's very reassuring! I felt at ease and knew that he had my best intentions from then on. Court comes and I walk in early to get my nerves under control and in walks Steve smiling and ready! I knew that I had the right team with me. His leadership and presents in the court room is UNMATCHED! I watched and listened to everyone's lawyers and the "deals" they did or didn't get and I was scared to even see what would come of my judgement!!!! When my turn came up Steve came to me and talked to me about what we should and shouldn't do always keeping me in the know. His consulship and guidance is what lead me to get the judgement I wanted! Since my judgment I have stayed in contact and even recommending people to him because of the OUTSTANDING presents and AMAZING skill and EXCELLENT staff! he STILL answers the phone when I have a question and is always willing to stand up and fight for me!!!! I know Steve is doing what God has put him on the earth for. I could not be more happy with my treatment and service with the staff and of course my judgment that STEVE got me! Blessings to the team and THANK YOU STEVE!!!!!!!!

The outcome of my case is better than I could have ever imagined. I was charged with felony menacing after I accidentally cut off a driver. He said I was flashing a gun to him and two days later I was arrested. I don't even own a gun and never have. I did make the right decision about an attorney. I met with 6 defense attorneys in town, and one in denver. I felt like they either didn't care, wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, or they didn't have the experience. As soon as I met with Mr. Rodemer I knew he was the one for me. He had great ideas about how to defend me and he charged less than all but one other attorney (and the one that charged less was the last one I would hire). My case was dismissed on the morning of trial. It took 6 months and a bunch of court dates, but eventually the outcome was better than I could have hoped for. Best attorney in town, hands down.

I could not be happier I chose this firm. I worked with Steve after I was hit on I-25 when a drunk driver crossed the center median and hit me. I broke my neck in two places, I wasn't able to work and had bills coming in. I hired his firm because after I did some research I learned that they charged less than other firms for their fee. The other firm I met with took 33%, while they took 25%. I thought the case would be easy, so I could save some money and I hired them. The driver that hit me had $25,000.00 of insurance coverage and ended up going to prison, not nearly enough to cover my ER bill. I had $250,000 of insurance coverage I could get. The other drivers insurance company paid the $25,000 quickly, but after a few surgeries and $72,000.00 in bills, I was shocked when my insurance company offered to pay $125,000.00. Steve filed a lawsuit right away. After going through the process, and right before trial, the insurance company paid the $250000.00. It was a long road and I was happy I didn't have to go to court. Two weeks later I was sitting in his office going over who was supposed to be paid and how much, and how much I was getting. I looked at the ledger and told him I thought he calculated things wrong, I had calculated about $80000 for his fee and he had less than half of that. I was told he was reducing his fee because he didn't feel right about taking the whole thing since the case didn't go to trial and it settled and I had so many medical bills, he said he wanted to make sure I got as much as I could because of what I'd been through. I was shocked. That was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. Throughout the time I worked with him, he was always concerned about how I was doing and if there was anything he could do. I cannot recommend this law firm enough. I think I could go to 1000 other lawyers and no one else would do that. I have told him that if anyone he meets with has a doubt about hiring him to give them my phone number and have them call me, and I really mean that. I am forever grateful for what he did and that I found him. Thanks Steve.

I am literally writing this review after my court appearance and while at work because of the amazing work Steve has done throughout my court appearance. From the moment I hired Steve, he was available to answer any and all questions that I had. I was scared and very confused about the process and how it would go, yet Steve was always there. I went in and met with Steve and the communication was clear and concise on what to expect and when. He was very knowledgeable and very honest.
