Got into a legal issue and after talking to several attorneys I found out about Steven Rodemer law office. Casey represented me and instantly put me at ease. In traffic coming home from Springs to Pueblo one day, someone with existing damage on their car decided to try to make me a victim of their insurance fraud. They called in my car as a hit and run on I25 in south springs and after a long day at work, I was not as friendly with the state trooper accusing me of this when I was pulled over and therefor they did not listen to me at all. They said the existing damage matched some scratches on my front corner panel and wrote me a ticket for a hit-and-run. I was astounded they would not listen to me or logic even. The damage was on their rear quarter panel, so if somehow my front quarter panel caused dents and damage to their car, not only would I have had more than just scratches, it would have potentially cause a PIT Maneuver at those speeds. I found Steve through google and upon the first consultation he gave me a strong reassurance that he would be able to prove my truth and get this whole situation dismissed as it should be, and he delivered in full! I would highly recommend Steven Rodemer, LCC! I was in desperate need of last minute help to find my son representation as well as have a Power of Attorney notarized so I could sign legal documents for my son while he was incarcerated awaiting his hearing. Not only were they able to deliver the required notarized Power of Attorney within 24 hours of my request, but when the Company that required the notarized documents then asked me to have them redone due to verbiage error on their part, Steven Rodemer's team completed them again. On top of that they were in personal contact with my son while incarcerated within a day of being contracted and were in court to represent him the following week with the best possible outcome by negotiating a resolution with the DA in advance. everything went so smoothly and with as little stress as possible given the unfortunate situation we were in all because of Steven Rodemer's teams immediate and caring actions.
