I am of African descendant,as we all know things have not always been just for people such as my self with justice.I am from N.C. and at earlier stages of my life I did make mistakes that cost me more than 19 yrs of my life behind bars ,I literally grew up from teenage years to manhood behind the walls.I have never been a violent offender .I have had addiction issues.I found myself in a legal situation a few yrs back in CO drug related  and Mr. Rodemer handled my case like the skilled  professional he is.I was very thankful now my son is 4 yrs old I have already lost the ability to be a father to my first child who still doesn't talk to me at all,and recently was subject to events with police on private property where I was surrounded out the blue by cops in unmarked cars with no lights or acknowledgment of who they where, could have went so many ways but blessed not to be a victim of what's already happening in America, yet in ways I  am still a victim of the same ,meaning none violence but 20 yrs is offer I feel as if the system still fails me by trying to sentence me for what I have already paid for it is a pain that runs deep.With out  doubt I retained Mr.Rodemer again because of his work ethic and I do not call stress him with questions because I  do put my trust in his work .I state all I have to say if you are in a bind look no farther than this Lawyer..

Casey Kane was the attorney from this firm that represented me, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Due to circumstances stemming from the pandemic, my case was in the system for over 18 months. I suffered through three district attorneys and at least two judges. Throughout it all, Mr. Kane was the one constant. He repeatedly represented me in court month after month with each delay. And when it was finally time to resolve the issue, he got me the best possible outcome. Rather than accepting the misdemeanor charges against me, he was able to get my penalty reduced to a no point traffic ticket. I am very grateful for the work he put in.

My HOA repeatedly violated my civil rights and land rights by maliciously calling the cops on me. It snowballed into a very complicated situation. Thankfully, Steve Rodemer was able to step in, and talk to the DA. He fought to help the DA see the TRUTH. Now I can finally begin to rebuild life for me and my family in our new home on 7 acres!

He fought for me and won my case and got my record sealed. After looking long and hard for a great attorney to represent my case I came across this attorney who had years of experience. He followed through with evething he said he would and it went exactly as he predicted. Even when he was thrown a curve ball he still knocked it out the park.. In court room he was prepared ready and very professional. During the whole process the law office staff was always very helpful and always available to answer any of my questions within the same day. This law group does not tell you the whole cost in the beginning then once you have spent so much money with them to create legal documents you pay them for, they then wanted a percentage of the money we were raising ourselves from investors. Not an ethical law group!

Tried calling Business Law Group in Colorado Springs today TO SET UP A FREE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT and was extremely disappointed! I got into a call with a secretary first and then Holly with scheduling and I'm sorry to say that this place is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Obviously, we wouldn't be calling an attorney to open a business if we didn't have the capital to open a business, but they just wanted to talk estimates find out what we needed to do - which is NOT so cut and dry and WHY we need and want to speak with a business and tax attorney SPECIALIST. There is nothing more misunderstanding or a turn-off then speaking with secretary's and staff about money before you even get to speak with an attorney about what they can do for you and how they can help you. In trying to explain this to who I was speaking to I got an "I'm sorry we just want to make sure we can handle whatever it is you are trying to get help with and that you have the ability to pay for it". Umm, your website says that you deal with all of that and more and we wouldn't be calling if we didn't have the money to get the advice and expertise we need right now! Very disappointed and sad that such a prestigious company is handled so poorly! IN EDIT ADDING: AND they lie. I did not curse anyone out. My tone may have been exasperated and impatient - but only because I wanted to schedule the appointment - did not ask to speak with an attorney. I asked to schedule with an attorney. I'm so done with this place.

These guys are absolutely amazing.I honestly can’t thank them enough they did everything for me I honestly didn’t have to say anything in court other than my name.
