I have worked with Kevin Bemis for over a year now. He has skillfully guided me as I embarked on a new business during a pandemic. He has provided multiple custom documents for my business, including the documents for the formation of my LLC, as well as lots of legal advice. He was humble and honest to refer out when I was in need of advice regarding trademarks and patents. He is sensitive to the constraints of my budget. Family Law has to be a difficult field to practice. I have only praise for the sensitive and realistic services we were provided.

I have experienced several family lawyers, none of which provided the service, professionalism and care that this firm provided. I was referred to Joi Kush from a firm in Pueblo that felt they did not have the expertise in the case I was pursing. This after already having attempted using another firm in Pueblo which after a year just gave up and stated I would not win in court. Retired from Federal Service there were some errors in my retirement calculations which created an overpayment to my ex wife. She was awarded part of my retirement benefits in the divorce settlement in 2003, I didn't retire until 2017. Naturally she did not agree and I had to pursue. I retained an attorney from the Washington DC area to serve as a subject matter expert in Federal Retirement. Ms. Kush worked directly with this firm to help better understand the Federal Retirement system, build my case and present it to the Pueblo Courts. I was extremely impressed with the willingness and cooperation with another firm. Not only did we win our case, the Judge obviously felt the case was compelling enough that I was awarded reimbursement of all overpayments, and an order for reimbursement of Ms. Kush's attorney fees, which is rarely done. Without a strong representation I would have been lucky to obtain getting the correction awarded, let alone the back payments and attorney fees. Kristie Mumma, Ms. Kush's Paralegal was outstanding through the process and did not hesitate to make or take calls and emails. She was very personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend Joi Kush and her Paralegal, Kristie Mumma.

I don't know what I would of done without the help of this team! They showed great compassion towards my situation. I am so grateful to have had their help with the cancellation of my wedding. We originally rescheduled from May 2020 to May 2021 due to COVID. With COVID still an issue today, we wanted to reschedule again. The venue wanted us to forfeit our original deposit and put down another deposit on the new date. We couldn't afford to lose that much money because of something that was out of our control. We decided to cancel expecting to lose all our money, but with the help of Lewis Kuhn Swan PC, we were able to get our full refund. I highly suggest working with this team!

the character in Shakespeare's Henry VI is wrong—we should instead Hire These Lawyers. I thought i was hiring just another lawyer when I called Rabea Taylor. Instead, i hired a Marvel hero. Rabea took a case that was a #fail with another attorney and turned it into a champion cause for me and the estate I was trying to probate. She was ahead in every conversation, ahead in time with the court and far ahead in the expected challenge. I firmly believe she is the finest lawyer in the state of Colorado in the area of estate, probate and asset protection. And then came along Zoey Tanner to assist in the follow up.Who is this wonder woman? Truly the CEO of customer service if there ever was one in the field of lawyers. Unasked, she followed up to see if i had closed out the estate and she offered some additional suggestions and a checklist. Whoa. After the Case is closed customer service? Indeed. And she continues to provide guidance in a very proactive manner, something that those of us who have no idea what probate is all about, i found extremely helpful. This is the first time in my life that i actually hope I'll need the services of LKS (Rabea + Zoey) again. Who the heck wants to have to call a lawyer? Me, if Rabea and Zoey are on the other end of the call. The best experience i've had with any professional services of any kind.

Michael appears to know the law, but provided very little in the way of actual guidance. He simply forwards emails from the opposing side with absolutely ZERO argument or guidance. His representation seemed more about him getting his fees versus actually fighting for me in what I strongly felt was a decent case against a large company. I would not recommend him or the firm he works with to anyone

Divorce is hard, scary and extremely stressful. You need someone that can walk you through the process and keep you from losing your mind. Joi Kush and her paralegal Kristie Mumma were both attentive, professional and crucial for me through the ups and downs of the emotional divorce roller coaster. Joi does a wonderful job giving you a look at both sides and walking you through the best and worst case scenarios. Finally, if you end up in court Joi is phenomenal. Her knowledge of the law and court room demeanor is second to none. I highly recommend Joi and her team.
