The lawyer we worked with was not very professional or helpful. We were very dissatisfied with the work and communication. The lawyer and I discussed my unhappiness and there were 101 reasons why there was a breakdown. I asked for some of my payment refunded, didn't hear anything. BUT his paralegal was very helpful and attentive. Kudos to her!

Rich Travis has represented me on a few cases involving insurance companies. He is a winner. He is thorough and has always been professional. Great professional people

I have worked with Rich Travis and his office for the past 5+ years, and he has always ensured myself and my husband he would do everything he could to help in our parental custody/child support case. He and his paralegal Marissa, are always quick to respond to any emails, and their willingness to help with sudden issues that may arise makes us truly grateful to them. One thing you don’t always find is a lawyer who cares about your life outside of the case. Rich takes the time to chat with you about everyday life, which is extremely refreshing-especially after you’ve talked business- he’s not trying to push you out of his office for the next client. I highly recommend Rich and his staff for any family custody/child support cases. I am confident in saying he puts in the work and research before going into a trial. Although our case/process has been a long one, Rich has been nothing short of a phenomenal lawyer, and we will continue to recommend and utilize him and his staff in the future if needed!
