A few years ago my husband used Clawson&Clawson when a guy ran a red light and t-boned him. We were very happy with the outcome. Fast forward to last October when I got rear-ended. We reached out to Michael again. I really appreciate how thorough they were with both cases. And once again, we are very happy with the outcome. Clawson & Clawson is a down to earth law firm, which I greatly appreciate. Their staff are very patient, thoughtful and helped guide me through my legal situation. Mr Clawson (Mike) Fue mi salvación, después de mi accidente laboral a pesar de yo ser hispano/latino y de color, esto no lo detuvo a él para poder resolver un caso doble (Compensación del trabajo y accidente personal) por un período de 2 años y medio. Matt was well informed about details of my case before accepting me as a client. We had multiple phone calls. Two weeks after taking me on as a client he bailed and withdrew from the case. Did nothing but waste my time and money. Before their withdrawal was accepted by the court, I had to remind them of their ethical obligations and demand they do their job. In the end, never provided documents they were supposed to get from opposing counsel, failed to follow up on a deadline. I was able to negotiate a very fair divorce without Mr. Clawson or any attorney. Think twice before hiring. In response to their reply - you knew the facts from the start, and you knew it was the "fourth quarter" before you took me on as a client. Regardless, you still failed in your ethical obligations before your withdrawal was accepted. There's no real excuse for that.

Matt and Natalie were professional, competent and compassionate though out my divorce process. They both answered questions I had with honestly and clarity. They were attentive and timely. They made a hard and at times confusing process as easy and explained every step along the way. Matt and Natalie took great care of me and my case. Court cases are so traumatic and Natalie took time away from her huge work loads to be able to comfort me emotionally and talk me through things. Personnel seemed pleasant and helpful. However initial discussions on pricing and expectations were far from reality. Divorces are simple cases with most time spent filling out applicable forms and filing with the courts. A retainer fee of $5000 seems excessive when paralegals and admin folks perform most of the work. But it didn’t end there when additional charges of nearly $3000 were assessed for no good reason. To make matters worse they ran our credit card for the additional charges without a bill for services and our permission. We will be filling a complaint!
