Matthew Clawson is an excellent Lawyer and his Paralegal Natalie is amazing! Getting to know all of the staff at Clawson and Clawson is like a family that you get chose, and they treat you as though you are part of the family. They are all truly wonderful and comforting people. Their response to emails and calls were immediate!! Highly intelligent and made me feel for the first time in my life I had someone on my side. I will forever have them as my lawyers, I have and will always recommend them. I am very impressed with the outcome and their outstanding service. I am so appreciative for what they did to make a bad divorce into something a lot less painful. Thank you, sincerely from the bottom of my heart. God bless you all.

Update: Seven years after my divorce proceedings, and I still give these folks 5 stars! I was recently contacted by the Clawson Law Firm to see if I'd like to pick up "hard copies" of my files. I called to arrange the pickup, and again, nothing but courtesy and great customer service on the phone. When I arrived to get the files, I was met by Barbara, who not only remembered me, but remembered what I did for a living. We had a great chat, and I again reiterated what a great experience working with Steven, Matthew and the entire staff had been. My original review is below, and every word still rings true. The legal profession gets bashed from time to time, and I realize that everyone has their own experience to recount. But I continue to stand by the outstanding crew at Clawson and Clawson...if you need assistance, reach out to them. I believe in their integrity and honor, and I think you will, too. **Divorcing after more than thirty years of marriage...not an easy thing. But after interviewing several different, (and highly recommended), lawyers in Colorado Springs, I was lucky enough to meet Matthew Clawson and the team at Clawson and Clawson Law Firm. Steven Franger actually represented me during the process, and I was more than satisfied with his hard work and attention to detail. My former spouse is a retired military member, and the team at Clawson made sure to cover all the bases and idiosyncrasies that entails. I felt reassured that my best interests were always foremost in their minds: no question went unanswered, no concern went unaddressed. I would feel confident in referring anyone involved in a legal matter, and specifically a domestic issue, to the wonderful folks at Clawson and Clawson. Each and every staff member went above and beyond for me, and I thank them all: Alicia, Barbara, Marsha, Katheryn, Steven and Matthew, just to name a few. Mike did a good job for me. He was always concerned and helpful. He stopped by my work on a number of occasions to get my signature, etc. since I have a hard time getting away during normal business hours. He goes the extra mile.

I would highly recommend this law office! Everyone I interacted with there was very friendly and helpful. Andrea was a joy to work with! She helped me understand the process and was available anytime I had a question. Very quick to respond! My attorney, Steve, was also just as wonderful to work with. They both made me feel as though I was their only case. (I know I couldn't have been the only person they were working with) It was an all around great experience!

I spent over a year with another lawyer and was not getting anywhere with my case. I was told that I was “weak” and would need a lot of work to be “court ready”. On several occasions, I left my previous lawyers office in tears (and not exactly from the details of my case), confused and unsettled. I could not discern what needed to be done with my case and I felt pretty lost . I finally decided to see if it was worth it to find another lawyer and contacted Matt Clawson. I initially spoke with Marsha Breford. I poured out my heart to her over a long conversation about my situation with my children and their father. Marsha relieved me more than I can express in a review. I was instantly comforted and this was before the initial consult with Matt Clawson. Marsha, in my opinion, was a godsend. There aren’t enough stars here comparable to her worth. She was and is kind, compassionate, and hardworking ( she answered emails and phone calls out of office hours, which should never be expected). Her kindness was and is unyielding. I am so thankful to have met and worked with her to this day. When I did meet and start working with Matt Clawson it was a breathe of fresh air. I felt that my case was in the best hands possible. Matt was and is an amazing listener, is fair, and honest. I never left his office wondering what was going to happen. Even though I was so nervous before court , I actually felt prepared when we got there. Matt is direct and tells you what needs to be done , where things are going, and explains what to do if you don’t want to go there. I’m also happy to report our family law case had a happy ending. I want others to know that I consider what my family went through, as one of the worst experiences of my life. Clawson and Clawson helped us survive and conquer it. I truly believe they have the love, compassion and knowledge to do it for you too.

Clawson & Clawson entered my family's lives shortly after my husband-of-50-years' unexpected death two years ago. With thoughts of medical negligence and wrongful death at the forefront of our minds, and knowing it would be a long process, we looked for a firm that, while knowledgeable in legal matters and skilled in navigating the complex legal system in our land, was also caring and saw us as more than a number in their system. Over the next year, as we brought our lawsuit to a resolution, Mike Clawson and Brenda (his paralegal par excellence), were with us every step of the way: explaining the process, always keeping us informed, answering question after after question, providing reassurance and additional perspectives, strategizing with us on next steps, and ultimately making us feel like we were "family." I personally never want to experience the grinding nature and drawn-out process of working a lawsuit through the court system, but if circumstances align to do so, there's no one else I'd like to have in my corner and on my side. And they would be the first folks I'd contact!

Marsha Breford and the rest of the Clawson & Clawson firm have represented me for the last couple of years and always do a fantastic job. They are true professionals who never fail to deliver outstanding service and products.

Called to schedule an initial consultation, was told I would be called back by an attorney same day. Never received a phone call. Called back the next day and was told that they don't normally "guarantee a call back" and that the attorneys "set their own schedules". Not the kind of attorneys I want representing me.

Mike Clawson And Tammy were wonderful I coudnt have asked for better representation from any other firm, Mike and his staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I was in the loop on everything that was going on with my case. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a good lawyer and team.

Oversized attorney's office that seems to forget where they came from. They only want the big payday. If I had to choose between a big payday, or a case that brings your name to the forefront I'd take the name recognition. Clawson and Clawson will never be the firm they think they are. Good day
