Highly recommend!! Xavier was a huge help, very professional and smooth process.

Joyner Law does law well, but the overall process was not good by any means. Poor communication. No call no shows for appointments set. You don’t get the lawyer you request. It was just a bit of a mess.

Alex Berry is a great person to have on your side. He helped me get through my DUI case and was very helpful to say the least. It was my first time in this type of legal trouble and he made me feel comfortable, knowledgable about what was going on, and helped me get a better outcome on my case. A very caring person when it comes to the individual and their case. He is clearly driven by passion and not trying to just treat you as another number. I could not imagine going with a different attorney in my situation. He met all my standards and more!

Carolyn did an excellent job representing my wife and I during a very stressful time. Cordell cost me thousands of dollars and then I had to pay a different attorney to clean up their mess. Kathleen didn't know basic elements of Colorado family law and charged me to do "research" after she created an embarrassing situation with opposing counsel. She made several errors with simple calculations (e.g. the numerical difference between bi-weekly and semi-monthly) and had to be corrected by the mediator and opposing counsel. Eventually it became clear that she'd completely lost control of my case and began seeking direction from opposing counsel. The motion she wrote was a mess and had to be completely re-written. What's worse, I noticed early on that they relentlessly inflate the billable hours with reports that aren't helpful or requested. The legal counsel I received felt like paying a grad student to write essays and learn through trial and error. My case was simple and Kathleen made it into a costly nightmare. Fortunately, I found a very good attorney to replace Kathleen and things have gone much better since. Having to fire an attorney and find a replacement 6 weeks Before trial is not fun. Trust me, you don't want to learn this the hard way. Find a better law firm.

Alex Berry is The Best!

Mr. Visser was absolutely terrific to work with. He not only showed great urgency to assist, but also expressed endless amount of dedication in finding a solution for our case. It was quite comforting to see the great rapport Mr. Visser already had with the magistrate and the respect he had possessed from the court. I was also very impressed with Mr. Visser's knowledge in Colorado case law. As many can understand, going to court is never fun and can be very stressful. This was most certainly the case for myself, albeit with Mr. Visser by my side, I felt a lot more comfortable and in result, I had a positive outcome overall. I greatly appreciate the assistance of Mr. Visser and look forward to working with him again.

Alex Berry is all you could ever want in a lawyer. He was honest and realistic when discussing the facts of my case with me, and helped me achieve the best possible outcome. I had gotten myself a dui, then hired him for that case, then got another while awaiting the results of the first! I absolutely screwed myself, and he got me 1 case completely differed. and the other a plea with 0 jail time. I would have no doubt been thrown in prison, and had my life tanked if it wasn't for Mr. Berry. He is very reasonably priced, and will work with you to make a manageable payment plan. he even cares about his clients enough, that when I really screwed myself and got a second DUI, he even gave me a significant discount for his services on my second case. I could not recommend Mr. Berry enough!
