Jason Aldridge did an excellent job on our case. Going to Zinda Law Group is the best thing we did after our car accident. We are very grateful for all the hard work they put in to the case and helping us find a doctor that would work with the situation. Jason walked us through every step and responded quickly to any concerns. Anytime we hit a bump, he explained our options and how they would effect our bottom line. Would definetly recommend and return for any future incidents (though I hope not to go through this again 😊).

After being involved in a horrific MVA, through no fault of our own, we reached out to the Zinda Law Group for help. I was involved in a car accident back in July 2016. I was stopped at a red light with a passenger when we were hit from behind. Hit by a drunk driver that was very incoherent and uncooperative. Needless to say the drunk driver pulled a text book play right out of every horror movie and drove off into the night. We proceeded to call 911 and thus our nightmares starting becoming a reality. The initial shock and adrenaline rush of just being involved in a rear end collision with a impact of at least 45MPH plus was very overwhelming. The police & medical help arrived and I directed the medical staff to go around the block and treat the DUI drivers infant child just in case the baby was hurt. My passenger and I thought we were okay. Wow, I was completely wrong.... once the shock and adrenaline subsided the pain from the neck on down started in. The next morning I was in awful pain and decided to call a attorney for legal advice. The first mistake I made was by calling a attorney with a track record of claiming on tv we get the most for your car accidents. A few minutes into the call the law firm staff had relayed the facts of what I had just told them back to me and told me they could help me win a case......they were more concerned with telling me what they think I wanted to hear and forgot to ask me if I was truly okay. I hung the phone up on that firm( Contact Zinda Law Group and ask for me to Call you if you want the name of that awful attorney...I won't bash anyone in a public forum without them being front and center to defend themselves of my allegations face to face) immediately. I contacted a attorney that I knew and asked for his help in finding a trustworthy attorney that could further assist me in my situation. The first words out of his mouth was call the Zinda Law Group. I asked him if he did business with that firm and he said no...but he had a client who used them and was very satisfied with the results. I Called Zinda Law Group....told them story of what happened. They asked me if I was okay...I told them of my pain....they instructed me to please go see a doctor if for nothing more than to just get a clean bill of health. I did and my fears came true...whiplash(lol...really whiplash...you always hear this and think it's just a lie...so did I...until it happened to me) and other medical injuries. Zinda Law Group, took charge of everything ....I had never been to the hospital for anything other than a nose bleed....46 years of age at the time of the accident. I didn't have a primary care doctor...or medical insurance because I always felt like I was invincible. They watched out for me and when I had second thoughts about my rehab treatment they had me go to another doctor for a second opinion without hesitation or argument. They supported me in more ways than one can hope for. I was concerned with the bills that were building up and everything. But, true to their words...I never had to arrange to pay any bills, set any doctors appointments, and they made sure that I was always happy with the doctors and the treatment that I was receiving. This may sound weird...but it's true. Zinda law Group never treated me like a dollar sign...from day one thru my treatment all conversations was aboult me and my rehab. They(Zinda) never tried to talk to me about bills, or settlements. After, I was cleared by the doctor my attorney then addressed the next stage of the battle the lawsuit. Burgess Williams, is my attorney.....and the saving Grace of my Ordeal. Mr. Willams, took charge of my case and handled everything in such a professional manner. The care and concern that this man showed me was far greater than what I could have prayed for in this my time of need. He walked with me on this awful journey and truth be told carried me thru it....by putting me in the good hands of the doctors ,the rehab....and the specialist that I had to see.
