There was a question of legality in regards to an action but the criminal attorneys and others I consulted said it was civil but Ms Lipka was to skittish and inexperienced to continue in representing me and dropped the case right in the middle leaving me without representation when she knew my ex held all the money and I couldn't afford another attorney. I think this was unfair and I was opposing the withdraw but the court never granted my request/ filing to stop the withdraw. I feel cheated and very upset that attorneys can do this over what amounts to a hang nail in the entire scheme of things. Divorce is a horrible thing and worst when you have a nervous attorney that hasn't had the experience needed to stand up to injustice and criminal acts of the opposing side. I was lied to. Plus Ms Lipka couldn't remember important details or previous discovered information, slow to answer emails and get to the root of the issues. A lot of discovery expired as in video's from the bank and other discoveries because she would drag her feet. I personally feel this attorney should stick to more simple aspects of the law and not practice where people's futures hang in the balance.

My experience with Mr. Perkins was for a traffic violation. Simple enough but still scary for me. Bryson was very, very polite, communicated with me every step of the way. He answered my emails quickly and and to the point. I didn't have to worry about trying to interpret anything. At any time if i was worried he put me at ease. He is a wonderful lawyer and I will call him again if I ever need help for any reason. I highly recommend him!

Flat fee for divorce

It's difficult to express how grateful I am for the services of Dave Foley. I do not believe that I could have found a better attorney than Mr. Foley. He came highly recommended and after hiring him I understand why. Facing a sentence of 8 to 24 years, I walked away with 6 months probation, no fine and a smile on my face. David Foley is an AMAZING attorney. He first began representing me in 2002 on a Felony assault case. As my addiction to alcohol and drugs grew, so did my involvement in the legal system. He was worth every penny we ever paid him, but more than that. At the end of my run in 2007 he was court appointed and I did not pay a dime. I was facing 4 new felonies and several misdemeanors. I deserved a hefty prison sentence. He watched me fall deeper and deeper and even called me out on it in the hallway of the courtroom by saying "I can smell the booze on you from across the hall." I will never forget those words because at that point it was no longer about being my attorney, it was about me destroying myself and him being genuinely concerned. At this point the DA was done with me, but Mr. Foley was not and he fought for me to get treatment. He did not have to do that, and I do not believe that anyone else would have done it, but he did. I went to treatment on a suspended sentence of 10 to 32 years. I am here, 9 years later and my entire life has changed. I have never been back to court, I have been sober ever since. I have an Associates degree, currently working on my Bachelors in Psychology (Honor Student). I have been employed at the same place for 7 years, even being awarded employee of the year a few years back. I am proud of the person I am today. Mr. Foley could see my need, new the system well, and had the right strategies and contacts to make things happen. He was much more than my attorney, he was my ally. He fought harder for me than I did. I will be forever grateful for what he did for me and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who finds himself involved in the legal system.
