David Foley has been the most responsive and knowledgeable attorney my husband and I have ever dealt with. He has steered us through a very stressful time in our family and has guided us through the Colorado justice system with the utmost proficiency. A genuine caring person - would give him 10 stars if we could!

I hired the Foley Law firm to help me through a case in 2014. Ms. Sutton was assigned to me and I couldn't have been happier with the results she was able to get me. In 2016, I needed a divorce lawyer, and Ms. Sutton delivered again. Whether it was a conference call, mediation or in the court room, she was like a momma grizzly going after someone who is messing with her cubs. I promise you that you want her on your team and not opposing counsel. I always appreciated her honesty, and straight fowardness during the process, she never just told me what I wanted to hear or what I hoped would happen. Many days during this process I would just remind myself that Allison is looking out for the best interest of myself and my children, and to just trust she is doing her job, which she always did beyond my greatest hopes. Thank you Allison for all your hard work and help. I feel like I owe you for mine and my children lives.

Allison Sutton was my lawyer from The Foley Law Firm and she was amazing!! She assisted me throughout my custody case and was always willing to deal with my NOT-SO cooperating EX's lawyer. She found ways to make our case easier and more ways to help me win the case and not have to deal with my ex or spend more money than I had to. At the end, my ex cooperated and we came to an agreement. I'd like to think that it was all my lawyers doing...I wasn't the one dealing with my ex. The Law Firm is very professional and expedient will all of the work they take on for their clients! I know that if I ever need legal services again, this is the Law Firm, I will be going to!
