I hired David Foley after I was appointed a court appointed lawyer that was planning on letting me go to prison, I called David and he was honest with me about what he wanted from me to take my case he gave me a great price and over a course of two months he worked hard for me! I never once didn’t get a response from him if I called or text he responded Immediately and politely answered any questions I had. He was very helpful and made me feel safe. When I first began looking into hiring an attorney I checked every review I could find. I didn’t have much experience with anything legal and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. As soon as I met David in person I knew he was the right person for the job. He has a very calm and confident demeanour that only comes with great experience. He is very respected in this field and when I visited the courthouse for a class every single person on staff there told me he was the best and that I would be ok. He doesn’t waste time and is very clear, straightforward. You will know what the plan is and what you should expect. You can contact him whenever you need him and he responds quickly. I felt at ease with him on my case. He got to work on my case quickly and got results.
